Basic characteristics:Changning District Waste Disposal Center consists of five garbage disposal units, i.e. waste transfer station, excrement pretreatment plant, dredging sludge treatment plant, kitchen waste treatment plant, large garbage disposal workshop, as well as multiple-use buildings, parking lots, and machine repairing workshops. Through a reasonable layout plan, this center achieved centralized operation and management of different processing units and a greening rate of 30%, reflecting the concept of "being people-oriented and ecologically harmonious". During project operation, a determined effort shall be made to achieve organic integration of "low-carbon & environmentally-friendly benefits, resource utilization benefits and intensive conservation social benefits". It is not only a high-standard, modern and integrated garbage disposal center, but also the only successful example in comprehensive disposal of five or more types of wastes.
