Basic characteristics:Planned in 1998, Biyun International Community is located in the center of Pudong New Area, and covers an area of about 4 square kilometers. It has a total of 16 neighborhoods, and more than 50% of the residents in 13 of these neighborhoods are foreigners (including those from Hong Kong China, Macao China and Taiwan China). The community features complete public facilities, including three international primary and secondary schools and the well-known China Europe International Business School. There are two hospitals with international insurance mechanisms, two churches of different religions, one commercial center, and one shopping mall. During construction and operation, the project adheres to the "three high" principle, i.e. high-standard planning & design, high-quality construction and high-level operation & management. The planned area has a high green coverage, and exotic-style architectures, specially-designed bicycle lanes, walkways, and landscape roadways all add color to the community.
